By placing an order on the PRĀṆA Store you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order. The PRĀṆA Store is operated by Pranasara Elements Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), registered at D Tower, 1st Floor, 64, Sahyog Vihar, Bawadiya Kalan, Bhopal, MP 462026, India.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from the Store.
• Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible. Minor variations in packaging, batch or appearance may occur.
• RISHI ENERGY™ URJĀ FIZZ and other consumables are wellness/food products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors at any time.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges (if any) are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only after we receive a signature-verified successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. If payment fails or cannot be verified, the order is not formed.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order by dispatching the product (or sending an order-confirmation that expressly accepts it). We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery-area restrictions or a pricing error — and will refund any amount already paid.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
Order cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Because RISHI ENERGY and similar items are consumable/perishable goods, return eligibility is limited as set out in that policy.
PRĀṆA ELEMENTS™, PRĀṆA U1™, RISHI ENERGY™, URJĀ FIZZ™ and all related logos, packaging, designs and content are the proprietary marks and property of the Company, protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Nothing in a purchase grants you any right to use these marks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
