We currently ship within India. Some pincodes may be non-serviceable by our logistics partners; if your address cannot be served, we will notify you and refund any amount paid. International shipping, where offered, will be indicated at checkout. This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of a confirmed, payment-verified order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pincodes may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays may occur due to courier, weather or regulatory factors beyond our control.
Applicable shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on your delivery location and order value and are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping above an order threshold, which will be stated at checkout.
We ship through reputed logistics partners (e.g. Shiprocket and its carrier network). Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link/AWB number by email or SMS so you can follow your shipment. Only your shipping address and order reference are shared with the courier.
Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases we may, at our discretion, deduct actual shipping/return costs from any refund, or re-ship at your request and cost.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at namaste@pranaelements.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. Eligible cases are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
