You may request cancellation of an order any time before it is dispatched. Email namaste@pranaelements.com with your order number as early as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want it, you may refuse delivery or follow our Refund & Returns Policy; note that for consumable products, return eligibility is limited and actual shipping/return costs may be deducted from any refund.
We may cancel an order before dispatch if:
• the product is out of stock or discontinued;
• your delivery address is non-serviceable;
• payment could not be verified or fraud is suspected;
• there was an obvious pricing or listing error.
In every such case we refund any amount you have paid, in full, to the original payment method.
Approved cancellation refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method; your bank/card issuer may take an additional 5–7 business days to credit it.
